If this is possible, the same policy applies as if you had the original invoice.<\/li>\n<li>If we are unable to look up or find the invoice, the return may be refused.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><em>Please note: Returns made to a different ABC Supply location require manager approval and may be subject to a restocking charge.<\/em><\/p>\n<h3>Special Orders<\/h3>\n<p><strong>Returning &#8220;special orders&#8221;:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>&#8220;Special order\u201d refers to any order of product not normally stocked by ABC Supply in a given market and\/or any product that is custom-made (not stocked by the manufacturer and\/or made to customer specification).<\/li>\n<li>Special order returns will be accepted contingent upon the manufacturer\u2019s return policy. Customer is responsible for all costs associated with special order returns to the manufacturer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>Product Pickups<\/h3>\n<p><strong>ABC Supply will provide on-site pickup of any qualifying return. The following will apply:<\/strong><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Any product picked up on the ground by ABC Supply will be subject to a flat service fee per pickup.<\/li>\n<li>Other charges may apply.
