Award Overview
The Ken Hendricks Award is presented annually to associates who have continually shown their dedication, commitment and a desire to serve people in a manner that best represents the Core Values of ABC Supply. Award recipients will be honored each year during NSC’s Founders’ Celebration and will be recognized in news releases and feature stories. The crystal award itself has been designed exclusively for ABC Supply and displays the Core Values that the company was built upon and stands for today.
Award Eligibility
Associates must have been employed by one of ABC Supply’s regions, Strategic Business Units, Manufacturing Units or its National Support Center for a minimum of five (5) years.
Award Criteria
Nominees must have demonstrated continuous performance and/or characteristics that exemplify ABC Supply’s Core Values: Respect, Opportunity, Work Hard-Have Fun, Entrepreneurial Spirit, Family, Give Back, and American Pride. This can be accomplished through community activities, contributions or achievements, or by showing continued excellence in leadership, initiative, innovation or work performance over time.
Nomination Process
Nominations can be made throughout the year but must be submitted by Thursday, February 29th for a nominee to be considered for the previous year’s award. Click the button below to nominate an associate.
